Salary and Allowances (TRCA Structure)
Gramin Dak Sevaks are paid a Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) rather than a regular salary. Along with this base allowance, you will also receive dearness allowances and other benefits over time:
- Branch Postmaster (BPM): Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 29,380 per month.
- Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) & Dak Sevak: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 24,470 per month.
